Our stay at First Camp Arcus-Lulea was amazing! We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed every moment. The cabins were cozy, clean, and warm. The reception staff were very helpful and gave us great tips. The location is peaceful and perfect for walks on the frozen sea. The inclusion of a sauna was a wonderful bonus. The cottage exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness, spaciousness, and well-equipped kitchen. We were granted a river-facing cottage which offered a fantastic view of the aurora. The beds were comfortable and the sauna was a great way to unwind. The location, surrounded by trees and by the lake, was perfect.
Would recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic time staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely breathtaking, right next to the beach and with easy access to the river. The view of the frozen sea was mesmerizing, and I enjoyed taking long walks along the shore. The hotel also had a convenient location near service shops and commercial services, making it easy to find everything I needed.
I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and luxurious place to stay.

The view from the cabin was incredible and we enjoyed the peace of the surrounding nature. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Plus point for the free sauna access. The location was ideal for exploring the city, as it was easily accessible by public transport and close to various attractions. We also appreciated the modern and well-equipped cabin.
The wifi was unreliable and only worked for a limited number of devices. The check-in process was a bit of a hassle, and it took longer than expected. We were also disappointed by the extra fees charged for bed linen and towels, especially since the linen didn't fit properly. It was frustrating to receive an unfair charge for a small spillage on the sofa due to miscommunication with the housekeeping staff. our romantic escape was marred by these negative aspects.

Great location, close to the city centre and easy to find. the view from the room was amazing, with beautiful scenery surrounding the hotel. the staff was kind and friendly, always happy to help with our requests.
The cleanliness of the room was below average with some dirty spots on the sheets and dust on the furniture. we were charged extra for basic amenities like towels and linen, which we found quite frustrating.

The House of Technology is a must-visit, but be prepared to be amazed by the wonders of the tech world. The Arcusbadet bathing area is perfect for swimming and refueling at the grill restaurant. The Norrbotten Museum offers a fun and educational experience for both kids and adults. The wood-fired sauna by the Lule river is breathtaking. At the camping store, you can find everything you need for a successful holiday evening.
Oops, forgot to mention the cramped pitches.

Had a blast with the super-cute hostess and the exciting adventures. Loved the beach area and the museum with the car exhibitions. Convenient shop for picnic supplies and snacks.
Who needs free wifi and clear pricing anyway? So much fun to pay extra for bed sheets and cleaning!
